Help for drivers, commuters, and parcel receivers.
Contact support if a driver cannot log in, a parcel tracking link does not work, GPS is not updating, or a wrong kombi/parcel was registered.
Make sure location permission is allowed, mobile data is on, and the driver is logged into the correct account.
If no kombi appears, check that GPS is allowed and that you selected the correct route. Wait a few seconds and press Refresh Kombis.
If a tracking link does not update, the driver phone may be offline or GPS may be weak. Try refreshing the page.
